Artwork and Ordering

Artwork Requirements and Ordering Process
Artwork: Once a price has been confirmed for your screen print, digital print or garment printing and an order placed, we will need any artwork you have – this can be emailed to us or if the files are too large to email, you can use the link below to upload the files to us via We Transfer.

When preparing your artwork please convert all text to graphics (vectored lines), otherwise it is quite possible we will have trouble importing as we do not have every font on file!  Please also ensure that the file is free of masks and layers.  Any image files should be 300 dpi minimum.

Please specify the final size of the printed image, or let us know what percentage of the final image size the artwork is set at.
EPS, PDF, CDR and AI files are all acceptable.

Proofs: Only when you are sure you know what you are going to get will we go to print. There will be a proof for everything that we do for you including any changes required along the way. The proofs are normally emailed to you in JPG format but we can also provide hard copies by post on request. A maximum of 2 proofs are provided within the price; further proofs will be charged for.  If mistakes are discovered after proof approval they can be rectified as long as we have not gone to print; otherwise costs will be incurred to print the job again.

Print: Once the proof has been signed off we will go to print. Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the job and we will advise you of delivery date at time of order. Typical lead times 7 - 10 working days.

Payment: With all new customers we kindly ask for payment with order on receipt of a proforma invoice.

Delivery: All orders are sent by dedicated nationwide carrier on a standard next day service. Timed/Saturday delivery available on request.
