Artwork: Once a price has been confirmed and an order placed, we will need any artwork you have – this can be emailed to us or if the files are larger than 5mb you can use an upload facility such as ‘You Send It’. Click on the link, enter the relevant e-mail addresses (we are firstname.lastname@example.org) Browse to your artwork file and then follow the instructions to send. If you would prefer to send your artwork by post, please ensure you mark the CD appropriately and package it securely. The address to use is:

When preparing your artwork please convert all text to graphics (vectored lines), otherwise it is quite possible we will have trouble importing if we do not have the correct fonts. Please also ensure that the file is free of masks and layers.
Please specify the final size of the printed image, or let us know what percentage of the final image size the artwork is set at.
EPS, PDF, CDR and AI files are all acceptable.
Proofs: Only when you are sure you know what you are going to get will we go to print. There will be a proof for everything that we do for you including any changes required along the way. The proofs are normally emailed to you in PDF/JPG format but we can also provide hard copies by post on request. A maximum of 2 proofs are provided within the price; further proofs will be charged for.
Print: Once the proof has been signed off we will go to print. Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the job and we will advise you of delivery date at time of order. Typical lead times 7 - 10 working days.
Payment: With all new customers we kindly ask for payment with order on receipt of a proforma invoice. Once a trading history has been achieved we will be very happy to open a trading account for you based on payment within 30 days of invoice date.
Delivery All orders are sent by dedicated nationwide carrier on a standard next day service. Timed/Saturday delivery available on request.
